Holly
House and Tower. The tower is on a boulder. Both are located at
the head of a small canyon just over the Utah state line in Colorado. |

Twin
Towers in the Square Tower Group. The 2 structures were built
on 2 separate Sandstone boulders. The North Tower still has original
wooden lintels in several places. |
Another
view of Hovenweep Castle. It was built in A.D. 1200 about the
same time as some of the European Castles. 2 of the towers are
D-shaped. It was considerably larger in the past. |
