Little Sahara
.
Little Sahara is a large sandbox consisting of almost 60,000 acres or 93.75 square miles of hills covered with junipers, sage, and sand dunes which are moving at between 5-10 feet per year in a northeasterly direction.

At an altitude of 5.702 ft., Sand Mountain is a sand dune which is almost 700 ft. high. The views from the top extend for miles. It is a favorite for hikers as well as dune buggies and trucks.

The area is popular with recreationists, with ATVs and Dune Buggies, and also with hikers.

Location: It is located approximately 30 miles west of Nephi. It is north of Delta and south of Eureka.
